    Our mackerels are cooked in a court-bouillon, then cut in fillets and finally canned by hand. We offer you various marinades: mackerel fillets in white wine, in mustard or in cider sauce… Our preparations are created with care and enhance the mackerel’s flavour without affecting its texture.
