Thong-weed in brine

Harvested by hand during high tide, these sea thong-weed are brown seaweed. They are searched for their nutritional qualities (they are rich in fibres) and they will definitely bring an iodised taste to your dishes.

Cooking tip: Cook them as you would cook green beans.
