Conserverie Courtin

The Courtin canning factory is a family owned business, created in 1893. It is the most ancient fish cannery in Concarneau (located south of Brittany) and one of the oldest cannery throughout Brittany. It definitely belongs to the city historical heritage. 

We have learned to adapt ourselves during different eras, thus gaining valuable experience. That way, we can always offer our customers authentic products with unchanged recipes since the beginning. 

We are specialized today in producing ancient crustacean soups, rillettes made from sea foods and our famous scallop confit.

Opening hours: 7 days a week, from 9am to 7pm all year long, and from 9am to 8pm in July and August.
