The Guéméné sausage is an ancient Breton speciality, a sausage made from pig’s large intestine. Our recipe combines two Breton traditions for a perfect match between the earth and the sea.
Ingredients: SARDINES (65,2%), Guéméné sausage (19%) (flesh: pig’s large intestine, salt, pepper, preservatives: sodium nitrite, aromatics; sausage casing: beef bung caps, food colouring: sulphite ammonia caramel E150d), sunflower oil, salt.
