Our sea raviolis are a Breton speciality! They are stuffed with tuna and ricotta, with a delicious langoustine coulis. Finally, some gourmets’ raviolis!

Cooking tip: Cook it in a pot over a low heat or put it in the oven with some cheese on it to make a gratin.

  • Ingrédients

    Ingredients: Pasta: WHEAT semolina, water, EGGS; Filling: RICOTTA, BREADCRUMBS, TUNA (16,5%), durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS white, salt, pepper, seaweed; LANGOUSTINE coulis: water, tomatoes, whole LANGOUSTINES (11%), tomato concentrate, onions, FRESH CREAM, salt, BUTTER, sugar, spices and herbs.
